Familiar with Red Remover [99¢, Free]? In a nutshell, it’s a physics-based puzzle game that has you removing “bad" blocks in an effort to save “good" blocks. Generally, the design is much more indirect than that, as most levels have you puzzling out specific orders to remove bad or neutral blocks in your attempts to keep the good blocks safe. The iPhone version, which has been available on the App Store for a little over two years, is a solid port.
We bring Red Remover up now, finally, because of its latest update. Version 5.0 of the game adds in 20 new levels across a new environment. Remover also recently went free, but that’s no longer the case. Because we thought it was cool production-wise, we’ve included a video of the game in action below. Give it a look: you might dig what you see. And don’t mind the talk of it being free — this was recorded just hours before the price went back to its usual 99¢.
