Ever hear of an XBLA title called Rotastic? It's an endless game by Dancing Dots and Focus Interactive. It had a cool premise and an awesome swinging mechanic, but unfortunately didn't find footing on its platform. Lucky for us, the duo has decided to try again, except on iOS instead with a game called Knights of the Round Cable [99¢]. If you’ve played the original Rotastic, you’ll notice the similarities -- right down to the art style and core mechanics. This can be distracting at times, but Round Cable does manage to nail its touch interface and has been tweaked to make it more friendly. 'Mega Run - Redford's Adventure' Review - Familiar, But Great

The little things in an endless runner have never mattered as much as they do now in the cluttered genre. Get Set Games' Mega Run [Free] is formulaic, but every component and mechanic it offers has been superhumanly implemented and executed. Its physics, running, and jumping all feel fantastic, though familiar, and its world feels textured.
