As promise, here we are with a super special Monday edition of the podcast, due to a Comcast SNAFU preventing us from recording on Friday. It actually turned out to be a good thing, as it allowed us to record an extra-long episode which focuses quite a bit on the hot and humid Saturday at the Pokemon Go Fest in Chicago. Following that, we kick it over to quickly going through the big news stories of the week and close out the show by talking about Layton's Mystery Journey [$15.99], Leap On! [Free], Sidewords [$2.99], and Mr Jump S [Free].

Don't forget to shoot us emails with any questions, feedback, or anything else relevant or irrelevant to podcast@toucharcade.com. We read 'em all, and love decoding messages written entirely in emoji. As always, you can listen to us with the links below... And if you like what you hear, please subscribe and/or drop us a review in iTunes. Much appreciated!

As a companion to this audio podcast, we also do a video version of the same show that is exclusive to Patreon which allows you to see us playing the games we're talking about. Wow. I just listened to the podcast and realized how naive I was. I read Eli's article on Pokémon Go over the weekend about the event and all the disaster it was. Then I read an article on IGN about the same event that was glowing in comparison. I was shocked after reading the second article and couldn't understand how one person had such an "amazing" experience when another was seemingly terrible but it makes perfect sense now. All I can say is thanks for the real TA. This is why I am and always be an avid follower of yours first because I know I can trust you guys. 👍🏻
