The Release Trailer of ‘Take Off – The Flight Simulator’ Highlights the Serenity of Flying

I’ve been keeping an eye on the upcoming Take Off – The Flight Simulator for some time now, since it seems to promise the kind of flight simulation game I enjoy. And even though I don’t usually care much about trailers, I have to say that Take Off‘s release trailer is one of the best I’ve seen recently. I’ve seen more than my share of fast-paced, in-your-face trailers recently, so I really enjoyed the developers’ attempt at highlighting how serene the experience of flying can be. At the same time, the trailer shows off the game’s lovely visuals as well as its many features. It truly is very well made and shows off the developers’ artistry; I just hope that artistry infuses the gameplay as well.

If you haven’t read any of the previous stories on Take Off, know that this is a pretty ambitious mobile flight simulator that offers a variety of planes, which you can upgrade both visually and mechanically, the ability to build your own airline company, as well as a variety of missions ranging from flying rescue missions to performing emergency landings all the while battling the elements. The game is quite promising, but I’m hoping the developers took the intricacies of the mobile platform under consideration (for instance, the constant interruptions and short play sessions). The game releases June 9th, so not long to wait before taking to the skies.
