It’s 2015, you’re reading TouchArcade. By now you probably have batteries and chargers… But do you have a combination battery and charger? It’s like peas and carrots, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell, watermelon and salt, and many other combinations that might not sound like they make a whole lot of sense on paper, but when you’re eating a pizza and a taco at the same time, everything suddenly feels right. It’s a clever setup in that it’s a battery pack that has a hole in it that’s perfectly sized for your existing iPhone charger. As you can see in the image, they all sort of slide together to create one slightly larger power brick that can charge your phone regardless of whether or not the other end is plugged in to a power outlet. It’s like living in the future, where there are holes everywhere that fit things you carry around. Or something.
Seriously though, we’ve seen batteries for phones in every shape imaginable, and integrating the battery with your charger is pretty clever.
