Control Two Characters Simultaneously in Naquatic’s Upcoming ‘Staying Together’

Naquatic Games has announced its new puzzle-platformer that will require you to work together with yourself. Staying Together puts you in control of two different characters who must come together, while avoiding spikes and bottomless pits. Oh, and there’s pieces of hearts to collect along the way, because love is all about collecting things in odd spots, right? How do you control two different characters at once? Well, when one goes left, the other goes right, and they both jump simultaneously, with a double jump to help navigate the game. Walls will provide an important tool to help get the two characters together, allowing you to move one character without the other.

The game will be freemium, with the first 20 levels available for free, and the last 40 available as a $1.99 in-app purchase that also removes ads. The game releases on February 12th, next Thursday, just in time for Valentine’s Day, given the game’s love theme. It should prove to be an interesting challenge, and hey – for those who prefer their free games to have one-time unlocks, this one’s for you. The developers are on the forums if you want to chat about the game with them.
