We saved the best for last, and the Unreal-powered 2013: Infected Wars sure looks pretty awesome in a visual sense. Textures and lighting are great, the blur effects are cool, and the environment as a whole is super realistic. Single player gameplay seems to fall a little flat, but, we're thinking this game is going to have a huge multiplayer tail and we'll have to capture another video once the game is released to see what playing against real humans instead of mindless zombies is like.

2013: Infected Wars should be available in the US App Store at 11:00 PM Eastern, in the meantime, you can swing by the forum thread to see what our community is saying about the game.

International App Store Link: 2013: Infected Wars, $6.99 (Universal)

    10 bucks?

  • iammane

Ohhhh noooooo :( Al-Qaeda wtfff ughh haha.. And ten bucks does seem a little steep.

  • lepke

Off-topic but... Do they collect royalties? :P

  • toxiccheese

The controls look really slippery, even after they were adjusted.

  • Scot D

I think the US price is $6.99.

  • alex98909

    Aint getting this for 10$...

  • sakara214ever

Of course. I should have known it. Al-Qaeda is responsible for everything bad happening in the world. Still a great game though. A bit pricey.

  • jeffyg3

Muslim extremists/terrorists are the ignorant hateful nazis of this generation, so no surprise, they're brainwashed zombies anyways.

    • NeonGreenKermit

Off topic, but you're an absolute idiot for making that comparison. You really need to read a book about WW2, and also one about how America basically created Al Quaeda through their weapons deals, CIA funding, and general epic boner for the Middle Eastern resources. Turn off the TV and educate yourself, kid.

      • McCREE

        Hate is hate.

      • Telltales

Don't be an idiot. Sounds more like he meant that as a metaphor for the evil group of people the world is trying destroy. Who created who doesn't matter, terrorists are the "nazis" of this generation. Next time don't take things so literally, kid.

      • NeonGreenKermit

Evil? Who isn't evil? Evil is everywhere. It's in the hearts of those who bomb others, as well as in those who drop millions of dollars of bombs on school children's heads. Evil is evil, and if you think there is a distinct line as easily defined as portrayed in Western pop culture, you need to do the human race a favour and not breed.

      • Trickoy

Anyone from the middle east is evil. Period.

      • NeonGreenKermit

Racist AND stupid. Like peanut butter and jam!

      • karma32

you're also an idiot if you think it's one-sided to think it was only the Western nations who created them. Terrorists have largely themselves to blame as well.

The middle east is so ****ed up
I wouldn't mind if it sunk to the ocean.

      • NeonGreenKermit

        Go back to sleep mate.

      • karma32

I'll go to sleep when the middle east sinks lol
        silly brainwashed terrorists

      • Fablalous

"Middle east is ****ed up" -karma
Apparently kid,USA was the one who destabilise Mali, bombed Kabul, overthrew a government and waged war against Iraq for no apparent reason with the lie "Weapons of Mass Destruction".

        I don't get your point.

      • Telltales

Well kid, let us not forget the major amounts of atrocities terrorists do on a daily basis. In war there is always wrong on both sides, but these terrorists are a different beast. Killing little girls because they want to go to school, decapitating innocent women and children and men because they think differently, dress differently, or have a different religion, purposely bombing school buses and other places filled with what they know are nothing but innocent people, etc.

I don't think the Middle East should sink and there are a lot of good people who aren't Muslim Extremists over there obviously, but I do agree with him that region is one totally ****** up place. I know a lot of people in the UK and France where I've lived that believe the world would be in a much better place if the Middle East was wiped off the face of the Earth and I hear that view point constantly when we talk about it, so I don't find what he said to be a shock or anything. I think it's important not to hate an entire region, just the Muslim extremists who are putting shame to themselves and the rest of the Muslim community

      • fleshman

Have you ever mate a muslims? Because i have, yes, they have a pretty "outdated" religion, but they don't like murica show them to us.

And if killing children is that bad, then why anyone os againt Iran if israel is the one who occupies territory and murdering their habitants. They murdering childrens and hide nuclear weapons and still everybody talks about how baaad is Iran with his peacefull uran programs.

Then you should blame israel as the real terror state or US for making the whole open media againt muslims with false terrorist warnings all the time.

Yes, Al-Quida blow three planeprof skyscraper controlled from caves in murica who has the best anti-air defense system ever made. Seems legit.

Go and wake up boy, turn the damn TV off and hear other medias then mix them for the real, dirty truths

      • Fablalous

        Yes.I agree with you.

Both sides have bad sides.I am not taking sides but- it really angers me that people are stereotyping a WHOLE religion based on a group of radical Muslims.

Did the media stereotyped Christianity based on the LRA/Ku Klux Klan?

      • NeonGreenKermit

        Hate breeds hate, ass hat.

  • mantenner

    Looks soooooooo boring :(

  • Jake7905

The price tag seems a little too high for me when there are too many unanswered questions about the game itself. Tempting, but I'll file this one under 'InstaWait'.

  • Naraka

Can't see buying any first person games or for that matter any game (platformer) that would benefit from a controller when we are just 6 days away from apple announcing controllers.

  • MonkeyChunks

Lol, don't want to play this now when USA is about to become Al Qaida's Air Force in Syria

    • Topbeast

  • rewyan

    11 TA Plays!

  • Fulgaize

And ALL of the above is why Freemium is taking over. Bellends.

Also for nob-heads bickering politics, if you wanna see the end of the middle-east, join the forces. If you wanna bash western ideals, go live in Syria. This is a gamers site, gaming only please.
