If you wanted to see Minigore 2: Zombies in action, we've got your back. Embedded below is another look at the follow-up in motion. The video, set in the same snowy field we showed you the other week, does a good job illustrating just how nuts this promises to be. Around 150 enemies can fill a screen at one time, and you'll be in charge of dismissing them all. Good luck!

While we're on the subject, here's some more numbers: Minigore 2: Zombies will pack in 50 different enemy types, in addition to seven boss fights and will launch with 20 unlockable characters.

Minigore 2 is still slated to hit "soon" for an unknown price. It'll be a Universal app.

I just don't seem to be able to get excited about this anymore. Far too many other games like it on the App Store now. Just don't think it will be able to compete well with what's out there.

Yeah. That's what I thought, too.

really?after all the wait this is all they can do? so disappointed. all i see is just an old minigore game with new zombies!

And I was thinking, maybe because it's late and I'm over tired that this sequel does nothing to get me interested... glad I wasn't the only one.

I personally think it looks awesome. I just don't understand how he didn't lose one heart of health. He was completely surrounded the whole time.

    • Alex G

I'm sure they were playing the game in debug mode where that sort of thing could be changed.  That's how it was for the Minigore Beta

    • Drewskii

He lost two hearts. Watch the video again.

as awesome as the graphics and the mechanics are, they need to add a little replay value that doesn't envolve unlocking meaningless characters. it needs more stages, a better score system (some multipliers for god's sake) and characters different from one to another in more ways than just the looks, maybe even unlockable and upgradeable equipment.

srsly, if it is the same game with zombies instead of demons they shouldn't even bother.

Not much of a difference. Might as well have been an update. I'm assuming that all the unlockables are characters, couldn't have this as an update since I'm betting most of the characters are old ones. Then what would be the point of this release?

Haven't played the first one. Bought it - and like many games - never played it. Now that I'm using the 5, I can appreciate the sequel and never play the first one.
