If you've got zero dollars and a desire to play one of the cutest shoot 'em ups ever to grace the App Store, you should have downloaded Moof Games' latest title, Toon Shooters [Free], yesterday. Designed to be as welcoming and cartoony as possible, it's a relaxed take on the genre, emphasizing life and destruction over dying and pinpoint accuracy.
