There are way too many countries to verify and would be a pita. If Konami doesn't explicitly announced the exclusivity, then blame Konami for the lack of information.

just bought it, plays (single player at least) on the ipod touch 2G. I'm not able to see any internet game rooms when connecting to the 'Offficial PolarbitSWE' server, just sits there flashing 'searching…'. Also when I go to local Wifi and try to create my own 'Game Room' the Start Race option is always disabled. So is this just busted or am I missing something?
