Thanks for the detail: ) I'm also curious if the items picked up are unidentifiable until you open them up/use them as with Rogue Touch? I loved that. It brought such alot of chance to the game.

I like the idea of this being more of a simple dungeon crawler. Looks well made too. (No need for dungeon crawlers to look *too* retro, eh?) ;)

Anyway, I'm a sucker for this genre .. buying. :)

Enh, it's probably more gimmicky than that clever, but it still is kind of cute.

Point the game to one of your tunes (it doesn't recognize podcasts) and a weapon is instantly created. I'm pretty convinced that it is not getting into anything deep and clever (hmmm, this is one of the early Beatles tunes about a Hard Day's Night so it should be a wand of light...), but just using something like the file's size or title to make a random seed number to spew out a randomly named sword, wand, or bow (therefore a warrior, wizard, or archer weapon) with a bunch of randomly pre-seated powers in its reel (sadly, without any real rhyme or reason that I have noticed so far like a "Wand of Wind" that has no wind effects in it).

It works the same with the dungeons. Pick your tune and then, boom, there is a new dungeon on the map called "Underworld Passage". While I think this new dungeon will only exist in the current session (although you can spawn it again later by choosing that same song), you can run through it as many times as you want (I don't think these customized dungeons allow missions other than grab the valor item at the bottom). I think the dungeon will still be rolled up randomly each attempt but the parameters generating the dungeon are set (like number of levels, which type of creatures you'll meet, if the rooms are lit or dark, overall toughness, etc.).

I have to say, my first thought after watching the video was how tiresome that music would become after a short time and how much I appreciate the simple dripping of water that Rogue Touch uses. Still, it's peaked my interest.

"some areas and weapons of which are randomly generated using songs in your iTunes library as seeds"

I wouldn't mind a bit more info on what that's all about??

While you can't delete swords, wands, or bows right off, if you exceed you storage (I think you can only have about 6 of each) you'll be asked to delete one of your older ones if you want the newly created one.

Man this game is hard.. The only thing you will take home are the items (only if you manage to get to the exit-item... ) the level you collected will go to Lv 0... You can use the items when visiting another "cave"... but dying makes you drop them all... DON'T DIE!... Why can't We save the level we are collecting!? Why? *sub*

Funny thing that you can create a weapon from the music on your phone/ipod... but all my favorit music doesent creat a sword... allway the same bad magic stick.. Buuu... Me want sword!... can't delete saved game or crafted sword... *sub*

nise music...
