@jaizzer again: The new OS, 3.1, removed lots of pretty annoying bugs. There are also lots of features in 3.0/3.1 you can deactivate to reduce battery drain. Just download it and get along with it. If you find bugs you totally cant get along with, call Apple's customer service, they will try to fix it with the next update.

You can all have your opinions, but if you upgrade to 3.x software and you don't like it, go to Apple's customer service, and tell them, and they will do their best to fix it. The longer you don't upgrade, the more you'll miss out on. I hear after the spider update there will be an ice island and three episodes on that, all in 3.x. Say what you will about 2.x, but it's becoming outdated.

I came here to speak about the game. Outdated software, 2,21 is far superior to 3.0 having tried it for 2 weeks having crappiest battery life, constant crashing etc. 3.0 is so buggy and is not worth the time of day, SO I have tried and didnt like it. Its pretty childish and pathetic when all u can do is insult ppl for their point of view. ALSO i only posted here because its for my young daughter who loves this game and is very disappointed not get this new update. I am very disappointed in the response in this forum and shall waste anymore of my time replying to IDIOTS!

I must be the only person that doesn't like this. I tried it out a while back–while it was fun for a few minutes, it got old extremely fast, IMO. I stuck through a few updates, and they did nothing for me. Heh.

Are you seriously whining about this because you've decided to stay on an old version of the OS? This isn't a full episode, and they haven't stopped making episodes. This is skins and accessories for the dinosaur. Gameplay is unaffected. ..do you really think they've not given you value for money for Pocket God yet?

Apple have added in-game purchases in 3.0, and these guys have decided to leverage that for a bit of extra income for anyone who wants some trivial accessories for the T-rex, or just wants to give them more money in support. If you don't get 3.x, there's going to be some extras on the store you're going to miss out on. Deal with it.

2.2.1 is a very outdated version of the OS now. You don't lose anything by future Pocket God updates being for 3.0 only, you've still got the current version of the app and the 20+ updates that have already been done for it.

Upgrading to 3.1 is only $4.95 if you're on an iPod Touch (free if you're on an iPhone) and more and more apps are going to require it.

This update is good for those of you on the 3.0 update, what about those of us still on 2.21? I purchased the game fron the first update, now it would seem that I cant update anymore unless I upgrade to 3.0???

That sucks, I like this game but will not upgrade just to play this update, it should still be compatable for those of us on 2.21!!
