If you're playing in your car, you can just do donuts to ensure you're facing in the right direction...

But imagine it like this...

People spinning in the streets but all of them connected to the same game using gps with motions sensing for added accuracy. The zombies you are hunting are actually players with position coordinates in the real world.

Just tried this game on my office swivel chair. My head's spinning - felt like I'd been through astronaut training for three months...

Can the magnetometer adjust in landscape mode as it's a bit confusing having North being East!

I think many games will incorporate this standard, and that is a good thing: goin forward.

Perhaps instead of "spinning", (which I can't really think of anything cooler than turning around to see what's sneaking up on you like in real life), perhaps implement just a 120degree angle to sweep infront of you in the game.

I was able to play this for about 3 minutes. Has a lot of potential, but it feels like a zombie sand box. Being first is great, but quality and substance should have not been sacrificed. I will give a review when it gets better.

hahaha, I can just see it now if this catches on. People in the streets in large groups spinning around in circles instead of walking forwards. Love it: )

If you are going to have crapy looking graphics then you should use simple comic styles like Monsters of Suburbia. The zombies look like badly rendered Poser figures.

This game has an alternate control scheme (tilt based), so you don't *need* a 3GS to play it. Also, yes you can shoot while you turn. It's really fun and arcadey even on my iPod touch. And, in my opinion, can be played for quite a while. I just can't wait for the update... a shotgun seems awesome!
