FYI, Worms is a rehash of a VERY OLD awesome game (AFAIK the first) called Scorched Earth. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scorched_Earth_%28video_game%29

I loved Scorched Earth when it was around, and Worms is a cute and awesome evolution of IT.

i was excited about this game being that i am a huge Worms fan, but ultimately i think that is what did it in for me. It just doesnt live up to the original. good luck…

I got the free version (thank god) as soon as it was released last night.
Played three games.

Old and rehashed. Deleted it.

Love: the 3d models. too bad the whole game wasn't as the upgrades part looked. That would kick!
Hate: rip-off, "yet another", etc. graphics are ugly. gameplay sucks. Nothing new here. But hey, get the free one and see for yourself.

I'm already tiring of this game's coverage… Perhaps the front page should be reserved for brief reviews, so if you're interested in the article, you click on the title? Check out Gizmodo for examples… The only reason people visit the next pages is to leave comments!

The 3D vehicle management seems to be going to waste, but i love the visual customization!

I'd prefer cute worms with bazookas, concrete donkey, sheep, gernades, and awsome voices ; then again, I never played this game before, but I think i'll save my money for Worms (it was submitted at June 1st). I'm suprised how many people know about Worms, it wasn't the best selling, or close to that, but it was famous for it's fragginess.
