I remember "Pinball Fantasies" from the old black and white gameboy & it was ace on that even with the screen bleed common to the gameboys! Anyone who doesn't like pinballs doesn't have to download it (twits) but I can't wait.

@RS4000 Yes, Pinball Illusions is definitely coming to the iPhone too. These guys have access to the original source-material for the whole series, so really they'd only stop here if they hate money.

@WeirdingWay Don't worry about the frame-rate drops. This plays just as smoothly as Dreams (I was beta-testing, so I can say this for sure) ..fans of the original aren't going to be disappointed. You'd be hard-pressed to find any difference between this and a 100% perfectly emulated copy, and you get an enhanced graphics option too. How freaking cool is that?

And to the haters: Try these out, and then tell me *any* pinball game on the Apps store that's better. These are seriously the best the iPhone has. Like most iPhone stuff, the graphics are less than half the story: the sound+music rock, and the gameplay is sublime.

Absolutely fantastic. I don´t even know how many hours I must have spent with these four tables. I remember "stones and bones" was my favourite and also the most complex one. And I will die for Illusions.

Some guys say it looks poor compare to other pinball's, Pinball Fantasies and Pinball Dreams are true classic games from Amiga. I will buy it because I love play retro games, what's the point "play retro game" if you can't recognize it because of new graphics?

I will buy this the day it comes out. PD is still a fantastic pinball game but I think today people want instant gratification which Dreams just doesn't give, It is true the more you play it the more you appreciate it. Fantasies was all round a little more polished though – I still play the AGA version on my A1200. I would be very interested if they are planning 'Illusions' too?

.. really can't wait for this.
