Not to make this the Friday of Upcoming iPhone Games...but Digital Chocolate has posted a video of their upcoming iPhone title California Gold Rush.  While details, at present, are scant, it looks something loosely like a cross between Boulder Dash and Oregon Trail.

Have a look:

California Gold Rush is set to hit the App Store at the end of Q2 this year.  No word on price, as yet.

Looks like a lot of fun. Not quite boulder dash though (sigh, still hanging out for a decent port).

It looks like washed down version of Motherload from X-Gen, which btw hopefully is in the making, Castle Defender was a very good port.

Nice hand ;). The game looks pretty promising. Over at pocketgamer it got 9/10 - would be good to see if it's worth the hype. Here's another video i found on youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HcsDOxI-YdY . It seems to be the official trailer - not sure though. Anyone know what price it'll be?

Indeed, it's not really Motherload (which is less tactical) or Boulderdash (which is more arcadey) and definitely lives up to the hype.
