While Rohrer may be a "hippie" to some, and seems like a guy who is not into making money at all...I can see him making a bundle off of this game. Perhaps he's trying to buy more land adjacent to his own? Should make for some more headaches for the council members in his district...especially if he doesn't cut his lawn as he has on his current property ;) Looks like a mix of mines and color coded puzzlers.
