Not sure what you mean by "clear title", but the game is called "Payback" and it will be out in 1-2 weeks when the bug fix is approved by Apple.

Downloaded it this morning from the Aus store and it started great – good graphics & music. Very similar to the original GTA. Unfortunately during the second mission, the road falls apart and the screen goes all crappy from there. Hopefully a fix is coming soon, as it seems like a good game so far.
