I played the game for 3 hours straight as I wanted to see what each course was like as I unlocked them. So I finished the game on easy in one sitting and now I want to try hard mode. The game reminds me of the first Ridge Racer for the PS1. So much, that I used the Ridge Racer soundtrack instead of the in game music. It fits the game very well and added more excitement as I raced down each track. I love this game! So I finally picked this up and boy was it a mistake, I couldn't stop playing! I'm pretty impressed. Their idea of drifting is a bit weird, its definitely more of a created game play mechanic like in burnout, than a simulation of real drift (at least by Gran Turismo standards) but its a nice game. I haven't won a race yet but I've only tried twice, came in last the first time, and 3rd the second. I don't think it needs an easy mode, but I like the challenge. It isn't horrible by any means and certainly worth 4 bucks but, at least after playing for 10 minutes, I thought it would be something more special.
