Ambrosia Price Reductions

Due to the overwhelming response to their "one week only" $0.99 since game sale, Ambrosia Software has decided to extend the sale out through the end of December.

The wildly popular Aki Mahjong [App Store], normally $4.99, combines the ancient Chinese game of Mahjong with an enchanting journey across Japan. Easy to learn, with beautifully detailed game pieces and backgrounds, as well as a sophisticated soundtrack, Aki Mahjong is a great deal at 99 cents.

Mondo Solitaire [App Store], the ultimate Solitaire experience for iPhone or iPod Touch, offers over 100 games and more than 200 combinations of gameplay. Crisp, customizable graphics combine with clever enhancements like an on-screen magnifying glass make gameplay intuitive and smooth. mondo Solitaire regularly sells for $9.99, but is now on sale for 99 cents.

Perhaps the most innovative of the bunch, Mr. Sudoku [App Store] lets you draw your desired number right on the screen, then tap to place it where you want it on the game board. Mr. Sudoku offers four levels of difficulty and thousands of Sudoku puzzles from which to choose. Mr. Sudoku is now 99 cents, regularly $4.99.

SPiN: Price Reduced

One of the more underrated games in the App Store is Secret Exit's SPiN - Super Shape Puzzle [App Store].  Winner of the IGN Editor's Choice Award, SPiN offers unique and innovative iPhone gameplay.  SPiN started out a $4.99 in the App Store but, for a limited time, is priced at $0.99 "while stocks last."

Train your fingers to be as fast as the eye in this game of silhouettes and shape recognition!

Spin is simple, colorful and fun. "Rotate and match objects for a high score" - that sums it up in one sentence. Well, there's more, but you'll learn all about chain combos and unlockable trophies when playing the game.

Together with stylized visuals and the cheeriest soundtrack ever, Spin is easy to pick up but infinitely challenging. We mean it - the game starts out casually, but keep playing and you'll discover the quickest game on the iPhone!

Chopper: Price Reduced

Dave Frampton of Majic Jungle Software let us know that his popular accelerometer-controlled helictoper shooter Chopper [App Store] is available for $0.99--an 80% discount--"for a limited time."  What's more, Dave has just submitted a version v1.1.1 update to the App Store that offers mildly improved graphics and sound effects.

Chopper was inspired by the the classic Choplifter game from the 80’s. In Chopper, players complete missions, which involve rescuing civilians while fighting off tanks and bazooka wielding men.

"The ultimate Solitaire experience for iPhone or iPod Touch"? Yeah right, mondo Solitaire sucks, no offense. I'm waiting for the Solitaire City guys to drop the price on theirs - theirs is the best version, followed by Solebon.
