I thought I was pretty clear about that in the last post. All I'm saying is, there are enough "simple" time-wasters already available. Hell, I can balance a ball on the back of my hand to get that kind of kick. I simply feel that, like our brains, the platform is capable of so much, and we're only seeing 10% of that capability being exploited. I'm not a "graphics whore"; I simply hate to see wasted potential. I guess the app store is still young, after all. Hey, I LOVE "N+" for the DS, and that's hardly the most ambitious title on the system, polish-wise. One of my all-time favorite titles is "Worms", which is decidedly "lo-tech" by any modern standard. But it's the innovation of a title like that which I find most impressive. That kind of creativity is roundly lacking on this platform, thus far. How about ONE solid strategy title that isn't chess? Ever see "Metal Gear Ac!d" for the PSP? THAT is innovation. I know this l'il feller has the muscle of a Dreamcast; I just have lofty hopes.
